We needed a supplier who could provide strong Project Managers & Data Engineers at reasonably short notice to assist with our implementation projects. It is important for us to have delivery focused Consultants who have relevant industry experience and technical expertise. Our customers are predominantly large financial institutions who, like most, can be very demanding.
The Digital Bench were recommended as a supplier for such resources as their model ensures no IR35 obligations.
They effectively manage a bench for me which we can call on when needed. We work to an agreed rate card and most importantly the Consultants provided are known, tried and tested professionals.
